हांडी हाउस

Slow-cooked in sealed clay handis, the Champaran way.

A slow-cooked handi curry

Sealed. Slow. Soulful.

Our story

A pot, a flame, and a lot of patience.

In Champaran, nothing is hurried. Everything goes into a clay handi with mustard oil, whole garlic and whole spices, the lid is sealed shut with dough, and the pot sits over slow charcoal while it cooks in its own juices.

Nothing escapes the sealed handi, so every bit of aroma goes back into the gravy. That's the deep, smoky taste we cook for, one handi at a time — veg and non-veg.

Sealed handi

Lid closed with dough so every aroma stays inside.

Low & slow

Hours over gentle charcoal, never rushed.

Mustard oil & whole spices

Bold, earthy and honest.
