One team for design, planning and the build
Linden & Stone was started in 2015 by architect Clara Bennett and interior designer James Okafor. Our studio is in Clerkenwell, and most of our clients come from referrals by earlier clients.

How much does a full apartment renovation cost in London?
Most of our two-bedroom apartment projects fall between £35,000 and £70,000, depending on materials and how much furniture you need. You get a line-by-line quote after the 3D design, so you know the price before work starts.
How long does it take?
A kitchen takes about 4 weeks and a full apartment about 8 to 10 weeks once designs are final. The handover date is written into the contract.
Do you charge for the first consultation?
No. The first visit and consultation are free anywhere in London.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. 10 years on kitchens and joinery and 1 year on building, electrical and plumbing work.
